Your rug is being shipped to you directly from our partners in Nepal. Our shipping couriers are FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you are receiving your rug outside of Nepal, the shipping surcharge does not cover duties, customs, taxes, or brokerage fees, which may be charged to you by the shipping courier at the time of delivery.

All of our rugs are made to order precisely matching your desired size and color specifications. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns on these special one-of-a-kind rugs.
