1. Are your rugs available in custom sizes or colors?
Yes. All of our rugs can be made to order in custom materials, dimensions and color palettes. We work closely with you to ensure that each piece meets your exact specifications and integrates seamlessly into your project.
2. Do you offer trade pricing or work with design professionals?
We do. Our trade program includes discount pricing, early access to samples, full customization, and insider info on what’s happening in our studio. Apply for to our Trade Program here.
3. What materials do you use?
Our rugs are crafted primarily from high-quality, hand-spun Himalayan wool—chosen for its exceptional durability, softness, and the richness with which it holds color. Select designs may also incorporate natural fibers such as silk, with additional options available upon request.
4. Where are your rugs made?
All rugs are hand-knotted in Nepal by expert artisans who have honed their craft over generations.
5. Do you have rugs in stock?
Yes. A curated selection of new rugs and occasionally showroom samples are available and ready to ship. These pieces are ideal for clients with tight timelines. Visit our [Shop page] to explore available works.
6. What is the lead time for custom orders?
Typical lead times range from 12–16 weeks once an order is placed, depending on size and complexity. We will confirm an estimated delivery timeline at the time of order.
7. Do you offer samples?
We offer strike-offs (small custom samples) and studio samples for approved trade accounts. Sample availability is limited, so we do ask for samples to be returned when no longer needed. A free return label will be provided.
8. How should I care for my rug?
Our rugs are made to last and age beautifully. We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar, rotating periodically to ensure even wear, and professional cleaning only when necessary.
9. What is your return policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, custom rugs are final sale. In-stock items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, pending inspection. Please contact us for approval prior to return.
10. What is your rug size tolerance?
Please allow for dimensional variances of up to 5% in length and width due to the handmade nature of our rugs.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International clients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. Shipping quotes are provided upon inquiry.
12. Can I view your rugs in person?
Visits to the studio are by appointment only. We also participate in select design fairs —subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to stay informed.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card and wire transfer. A 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom orders, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the rug. Trade members may also request proforma invoicing and benefit from flexible payment terms.
