SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your rug is being shipped to you directly from our partners in Nepal. Our shipping couriers are FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you are receiving your rug outside of Nepal, the shipping surcharge does not cover duties, customs, taxes, or brokerage fees, which may be charged to you by the shipping courier at the time of delivery.
At this time we are only able to accept returns from Japan. A rug is eligible for return with a full refund as long as it is returned within 30 days of the delivery date in the same condition it was sent to you. If you received a damaged rug please contact us as soon as possible.

Each custom ordered rug is made to order and is unique in color and design. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns on these special rugs.
